Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation can take place 5 hours for Taxi & 48 hours for Minivans prior to transfers and 48 hours prior to excursions. Prior to transfer or excursion, the deposit made by the customer is refunded.
  • In case of a late cancellation or non-appearance of the customer, the deposit is not refunded.
  • You make the refund to the customer is made in the same way that the customer had paid during the payment. The refund to the customer may take between 3 and 15 business days.
