Cancellation can take place 5 hours for Taxi & 48 hours for Minivans prior to transfers and 48 hours prior to excursions. Prior to transfer or excursion, the deposit made by the customer is refunded.
In case of a late cancellation or non-appearance of the customer, the deposit is not refunded.
You make the refund to the customer is made in the same way that the customer had paid during the payment. The refund to the customer may take between 3 and 15 business days.
